We are seeking compassionate and dedicated therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families experiencing various mental health challenges. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, history, and goals for therapy
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress during therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health research, techniques, and ethical standards

Job Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Eligible for therapeutic licensing in the state of Illinois
- Access to a reliable and secure WiFi connection
- A computer with audio/video conferencing capability
- Commitment to professionalism in all areas of practice
- Strong understanding and adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality principles in therapy practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
