We are seeking compassionate and dedicated therapists to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. You will assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, ethical practice, and meaningful clinical work - without the administrative burden often associated with private practice.

Full-time clinicians typically maintain an average caseload of approximately 20 sessions per week, with flexibility based on availability and client demand.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, history, and therapeutic goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to address concerns including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, as needed to support client care
• Stay current on best practices, emerging research, and ethical standards within the mental health field
  

• Compensation starting at $45 per clinical hour, with opportunities for rate increases based on licensure status, tenure, performance, and practice needs
• W2 employment with payroll tax withholding
• Paid supervision hours toward clinical licensure at $25 per hour

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Eligible for therapeutic licensure in the state of Illinois (pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply)
• Reliable and secure internet connection
• Access to a computer with audio and video conferencing capability
• Reliable access to a private, quiet, and secure space suitable for conducting confidential teletherapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Strong commitment to professionalism, ethical practice, and client confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
